Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- Ideally professional experience in internal medicine or gastroenterology
- Leadership skills, organizational strength, and sense of responsibility
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
