You always have machines, processes and quality under control – and if something does not go according to plan, you react quickly and solution-oriented.* Leadership and control of paper production machines: You take responsibility for your plant and ensure that everything runs optimally. Improving processes instead of just managing them? Exactly your thing!* Support in setup processes and work preparation: You actively assist in setup processes and ensure that the next production can start smoothly.* Control and optimisation of production processes: Good is not good enough for you? You recognise potential for improvement, contribute ideas and help to make our production even more efficient.* Coordination of fault rectification: When it gets technically challenging, you keep a cool head. You coordinate the rectification of faults, initiate the necessary steps and get the plant back on track as quickly as possible.* Conducting quality controls: You do not leave quality to chance. You monitor ongoing production, detect deviations early and ensure that our high quality standards are met.Profile* Education and experience: You are a paper technologist or have a technical basic education (e.g. as plant operator, mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician or similar). Experience in the paper industry or tissue production is an advantage – but what matters most to us is your technical understanding, your motivation and your willingness to take responsibility and develop further.* Willingness to work shifts: You feel comfortable in 4-shift operation and appreciate the advantages of a rotating shift model.* Technical skills: Are production plants fascinating to you? Perfect! You have a pronounced technical understanding and enjoy working where technology and production meet.* Language skills: You can communicate well in German and communicate clearly and straightforwardly with your team.* IT skills: MS Office is not new to you and you move confidently in digital systems.* Personal qualities: You think ahead, get stuck in and take responsibility.
