Your possible tasks (depending on deployment)

• Advising and supporting customers (by phone, in writing or in person)

• Receiving and processing enquiries

• Building customer relationships and active communication

• Support in service, sales or consulting processes

• Administrative tasks related to customer contact

Ideal for everyone who enjoys talking, listening, explaining and finding solutions.

What you bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ)

• German at native speaker level (mandatory)

• Very good French skills – clear advantage, sometimes a requirement

• Enjoyment in contact with people

• Openness, motivation and willingness to learn

• Confident handling of MS Office
