- Competently advising and supporting employees and managers in complex nursing and care situations
- Sustainably ensuring and specifically further developing nursing quality
- Developing and implementing professional standards, concepts and recommendations for action
- Leading and moderating complex case discussions and specialist meetings
- Conducting quality analyses and deriving effective development measures from them
- Planning, designing and conducting training sessions and specialist inputs
- Actively participating in projects, working groups and specialist committees

- Professional nursing education at tertiary level (BSc, APN or equivalent) and several years of experience in long-term care
- Profound expertise in nursing quality, nursing process, evidence-based nursing and interRAI LTCF
