To strengthen our trademark and legal department, we are looking for a Solicitor / Lawyer (m/f/d – 80-100%) specialising in Intellectual Property Law for our office in Zurich with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

In this role, you will help shape the future of our firm and take on responsible and exciting tasks, particularly in the following areas:

• Independent management of demanding mandates in the field of intellectual property law (trademark law, patent law, design law, copyright law, etc.)
• Advising international corporations, Swiss traditional companies, SMEs and startups across all sectors and industries
• Acquisition of new mandates and maintenance of a professionally relevant network

Your profile

Ideally, you are a solicitor / lawyer and bring the following:

• Excellent expertise and several years of professional experience in intellectual property law
• Additional experience in related areas such as pharmaceutical or data protection law or legal matters concerning information technology is a plus
• Independent mandate management as well as a service-oriented and efficient working style
• A professionally relevant network and talent for mandate acquisition are advantageous
• Interest and enjoyment in using new technologies (e.g. AI, modern database systems) in your daily work
• High sense of responsibility
