To complete the Health Division team, we are looking for our:

Travelling Head Chef at 100%

As a Travelling Head Chef, you accompany and support restaurant managers as well as kitchen teams within the establishments of the health division. A true operational reference, you actively participate in the development and growth projects of the sector.

You ensure the management, coordination and optimisation of kitchen activities in various establishments in French-speaking Switzerland. In this capacity, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Support and supervise kitchen teams.
• Ensure the application of Eldora quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in menu development and culinary offer enhancement.
• Ensure control of operating costs and budget monitoring.
• Ensure customer and resident satisfaction.
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene, food safety standards and good professional practices.
• Train and develop employee skills.
• Provide operational support during replacements, openings or special situations.

Thanks to your mobility, you work within the various restaurants of the health division and help maintain a high level of service while developing trusting relationships with our clients.

• Swiss Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a cook or equivalent training.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as Head Chef or 8 years as Sous Chef.
• Experience in the health sector and cooking with modified textures is a real asset.
• Excellent operational, administrative and financial management skills of a restaurant.
• Mastery of costs, budgets and management tools.
• Autonomous, organised, flexible and solution-oriented personality.
• Strong adaptability and service mindset.
• Availability for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Residence ideally located in the Lausanne region or on La Côte.
