Lead Medical Practice Assistant 20-30%

For our newly opened practice in Gelterkinden (BL) we are looking for a committed individual from 12 October or by arrangement as

Lead Medical Practice Assistant 20 - 30% or a Medical Practice Assistant with development potential for a leadership role

• Main responsibility for planning, organising and preparing consultations including patient reception and care
• Preparing urological examinations and assisting with examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy etc.)
• Independent performance of blood sampling, urine analyses and injections
• Building up, shaping and further developing the practice
• Performance controlling
• Reception duties such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, answering the phone, etc.
• Management of consumables

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience, further training as MPK is an advantage
• TARDOC knowledge
• Good MS Office user skills
• Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and team spirit
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Experience with the Axenita operating system is an advantage (not mandatory)
