Carpenter Project Manager / Junior Project Manager 100%

Our client is a growing small company in timber construction, specializing in high-quality and customized projects. To support and further develop the company, we are looking for a committed and qualified individual as a Carpenter Project Manager.

Your tasks:

• Coordination and supervision of construction site projects
• Guidance and instruction of employees on site
• Procurement and disposition of materials
• Consultation of architects and clients on technical issues
• Support with office work and administrative tasks
• Active participation in the further development and possible expansion of the company

Your profile:

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ
• Further training as a foreman
• Ideally experience with CAD programs
• Organizational skills and leadership competence
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
• Motivation to take responsibility in a small company and drive its development forward
