Your Tasks
- You handle telephone inquiries from patients as well as from internal and external offices
- You write outpatient consultation and surgery reports and edit discharge reports
- You perform general secretarial tasks such as processing insurance inquiries, scanning, etc.
- If suitable, you will also be assigned reception duties for the planning, coordination, and management of complex outpatient consultations
Your Profile
- We are looking for a student for at least two months
- Confident in the German language
- Good IT user skills
