• Independent execution of administrative and medical-technical tasks in the outpatient clinics of USB
• Support of doctors in diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional treatments
• Assumption of simple nursing tasks in the outpatient area and in the outpatient operating theatre
• Preparation of examinations as well as ensuring the availability of materials and equipment
• Ensuring a smooth process while adhering to quality, hygiene and safety standards

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), ideally with professional experience in a hospital or practice environment
• Experience in administrative tasks as well as confident handling of digital applications
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in handling medical devices and apparatus
• Strong service orientation, organisational skills as well as open and appreciative communication
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
