The Ilgenpark location is one of our three institutions. In Ramsen, it offers decentralised residential options and a day structure for adult clients. From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement.
Night Watch (Workload: 70%)
Your tasks are:
- Ensuring the well-being of clients during the night
- Performing medical and nursing tasks
- Regular rounds of checks in the external residential groups
- Initiating immediate measures in emergencies with information flow according to guidelines
- Maintaining client documentation
You bring with you:
- Recognised training (FaGe) or nursing professional HF/FH
- Professional experience in supporting people
- Observational and empathetic skills
- Ability to work independently within a team
