This is what you can achieve:
- You further develop our web and shop landscape around WordPress and Shopify
- You understand the processes in the online shop and optimise processes around orders, stock, ERP integration, and fulfilment
- You gather requirements from the shop team, logistics, and other stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks
- You coordinate external software service providers and ensure that topics are implemented cleanly
- You lead sub-projects from idea to implementation – with structure but without unnecessary bureaucracy
- You test new functions, check interfaces, and recognise when processes do not work in practice
- You get hands-on yourself: small adjustments, configurations, or technical clarifications are not just theoretical for you
Your backpack:
- Experience with WordPress and ideally also with Shopify
- Understanding of online shop processes, especially around stock, ERP, order handling, and fulfilment
- Basic technical understanding and ideally experience with smaller in-house developments or adjustments, for example in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Liquid, APIs, or similar technologies
- Initial experience in requirements engineering: capturing, structuring, prioritising, and clearly documenting requirements
- The ability to speak with software service providers on an equal footing without having to be a full-time developer yourself
- Experience in sub-project management or in coordinating implementation tasks
- A pragmatic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial working style with a good degree of assertiveness
- Very good German and good English skills
