In this key role, you bear overall responsibility for smooth daily operations and are actively involved during service hours. You consistently ensure our service, quality, and hygiene standards and take on professional complaint management. Additionally, you lead, plan, and develop the service team (including duty scheduling, holidays/absences, employee discussions, and onboarding) and ensure close, efficient collaboration between service, kitchen, and internal interfaces. In the administrative daily business, you are responsible for reservations, maintaining cash register and system data, as well as correspondence and documentation. You manage ordering in the service area, maintain supplier relationships, and contribute to the design and ongoing maintenance of the wine and beverage menu. Another focus is the planning and implementation of events – from consultation and quotation to execution and follow-up. Your responsibilities are rounded off by involvement in marketing and communication (social media, website, promotions), maintaining the guest database (CRM), and contributing to the design of ambiance, decoration, and seasonal concepts.
