The Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group is one of the internationally leading companies in the construction and maintenance of railway infrastructures as well as the supply of the latest railway technology. With around 3000 dedicated employees and locations in nine countries, we shape the implementation of innovative and efficient solutions as a competent partner. Every day, we give our best to keep the trains on track. For our holding company, we are looking for an Enterprise Architect (m/f/d). Your new challenge: As an Enterprise Architect at Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group, you work as part of the group-wide Enterprise Architecture team, among other things, on the rail connection of the fixed Fehmarnbelt link – an infrastructure project of international significance – in close cooperation with our alliance partners. Your tasks: You work as an Enterprise Architect in alliance projects (e.g. Bahnallianz Lübeck–Lensahn), in ARGEs in the DACH region, as well as at the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group headquarters. As part of the group-wide Enterprise Architecture team, you actively shape the strategic development of the IT landscape of alliance projects, ARGEs, and RSRG. You analyse existing IT and data structures, develop target architectures and concepts for IT environments, and ensure their integration into the IT landscape of RSRG. You lead architecture and decision-making rounds (e.g. architecture boards) and support the definition and introduction of architecture principles, standards, and governance concepts. You evaluate new technologies, accompany IT transformation projects, and advise departments as well as IT project teams on architectural issues. You model and document the IT landscape and create architecture roadmaps. What makes you interesting for us: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification. You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience in the fields of enterprise architecture, system integration, or IT project management. You are familiar with modelling and documenting complex IT landscapes as well as with architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. Archimate, ADOIT); basic ITIL knowledge is an advantage. You have profound technical understanding – especially in Microsoft 365 and Azure. You are fluent in German and English. You have strong analytical skills, communicate clearly, and work in a team-oriented manner. Interest and enthusiasm for the railway and construction sector are an advantage. You are willing to travel regularly within the DACH region (at least two days per month on site in Hamburg). What we offer you: Challenging tasks in an international environment with attractive development opportunities. An extremely appreciative leadership culture, flat hierarchies, and team-oriented work with a "DU culture". Flexible working hours (full remote possible). A high degree of responsibility and scope for design and a dynamic working environment where you can realise your ideas. Top IT equipment and use of agile project management tools. Benefits, training measures, and interesting employee events. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience and is based on the collective agreement for employees in the construction trade and construction industry. Now it’s your turn! Bring in your skills and contribute new ideas to the further development of our global organisation. Apply now and be part of our success story!
