To support our finance team, we are looking for an committed individual as an Accounting Specialist for a fixed-term employment of one year, starting immediately or by arrangement.Accounting Specialist
Your Tasks
You will take responsibility for financial accounting and, together with the team, ensure reliable and accurate processing of business transactions. You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, prepare and analyse evaluations, statistics, and financial reports, and support budgeting and planning processes. Furthermore, you will reconcile accounts, contribute your expertise to finance-related projects, and actively participate in the development and optimisation of our processes.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. Finance and Accounting Specialist Certificate) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally related to real estate
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (Abacus), ideally in the public sector
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Quick comprehension and strong team skills
