Logistics Specialist EFZ or EBA WEBSTAR, headquartered in Zurich, optimises and accelerates the flow of goods. With diverse assortments, we are at the pulse of the markets – through intelligent logistics and independent advice, we support our customers. Around 25,000 items are available from our warehouses in Dielsdorf and Effretikon. We supply our B2B customers with products from the areas of hygiene and consumables, medical and care products, kiosk and shop items as well as fun food services. As a successful and agile family business in its 5th generation, our core competencies are customer proximity and flexibility. The WEBSTAR Group today employs 400 staff at various locations in Switzerland. For our logistics department in Effretikon, we are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys getting stuck in and ensuring a smooth flow of goods together with the team. Your tasks

• Goods receipt and incoming goods inspection for quality and quantity
• Booking incoming goods and storage using a scanner
• Replenishment to the picking warehouse and preparation of full pallets
• Picking customer orders using pick-by-voice
• Packaging picked customer orders
• Preparing packaged shipments and creating delivery documents
• Consolidating shipments for parcel and piece goods dispatch

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or EBA
• Experience in the tasks mentioned above
• Very good German language skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Reliable, a team player, resilient, quality- and duty-conscious
• PC user skills (Logis2, MS Office)
• Structured working method to maintain calm and overview even in hectic times
