Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling)

Tasks

Independent setup and manufacturing of demanding milled parts made of titanium and stainless steel
Production of various components with a focus on medical technology
Carrying out quality inspections and thorough documentation of the manufactured components
Participation in process optimisation and further development of manufacturing methods

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic
Extensive experience in machining precision mechanical components
Sound knowledge in setting up and manufacturing complex workpieces
Commitment to accuracy and a strong quality awareness
Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional two-shift work
Very good knowledge of German
