Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a health and paediatric nurse or nursing specialist
- Completed specialist training as a practical instructor
- Professional experience in the field of paediatrics
- Organisational and coordination skills as well as willingness to cooperate with other professional groups and specialist departments
- Open-minded attitude towards change processes, ability to motivate, assertiveness, initiative and independent, solution-oriented action
- High communication and conflict resolution skills, reliability as well as experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to further qualify through regular leadership training and measures
