Head of Embedded Solutions (m/f/d)
As Segment Lead (Head of Account Management) for the ES (Embedded Solutions) area, you will take significant responsibility for growth as well as revenue and profit in our Embedded Solutions segment. You lead a specialized sales team focused on customer-specific solutions in the field of embedded and system solutions, HMI, and cyber security for industrial applications.
Your tasks
- Leadership and development of the account management team
- Active shaping of new customer acquisition with support from our FrontEnd Sales – you represent the ES segment externally
- Strategic customer development and management/maintenance
- Implementation and further development of the sales process with a focus on customer-specific solutions
- Interface management with development, purchasing, production, quality
Your qualities
- Several years of experience in technical sales and acquisition, ideally in the E2MS environment with a focus on embedded systems, HMI, or system integration
- Strong external orientation with leadership mentality and management experience
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills at all levels – internal and external
