As a POS Coach, you belong to the Marketing Department and support the 50 LANDI stores in your assigned area in designing sales areas as well as product presentation, and you advise the store managers and their employees. The goal is to continuously optimise product presentation through targeted advice, coaching, and planning, thereby sustainably increasing sales success in the LANDI stores.
