Job description

• Overall responsibility for several companies within the group, including profit and loss responsibility (P&L) as well as leadership of the local management teams
• Further development of the organisation and creation of common standards, processes, and central services while maintaining regional strengths
• Expansion of the service offering along the building lifecycle and promotion of synergies between the various business areas
• Management of transformation and digitalisation initiatives to optimise service processes, deployment planning, and operational procedures
• Responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and integrating new companies within the growth strategy
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers, business partners, and relevant market players
• Representation of the corporate group towards employees, customers, and external stakeholders

Profile

• Leadership experience in building technology, facility management, interior finishing trades, or a comparable technical service environment
• Proven responsibility for turnover, results, and successful management of multiple locations or business units
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to shape and high implementation strength
• Experience in change processes, organisational development, and integration of teams or companies
• Good understanding of the needs of property owners, administrations, and commercial customers
• Communicative, convincing, and down-to-earth personality with high credibility at all levels
• German at native speaker level; additional national languages are an advantage
