Cleaning Staff and Caretaker (Allrounder) 100% (m/f/d)

• Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor areas, especially offices, entrance areas, corridors, stairwells/lift, break rooms, sanitary facilities as well as window surfaces
• Execution of all caretaker duties in building and grounds maintenance, including green area care, winter service, operation of machines and deputising for the caretaker
• Assistance with periodic and annual cleaning of production halls
• Proper separation of recyclables as well as organisation and execution of waste disposal
• Procurement, management and maintenance of cleaning materials, equipment and machines
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and upkeep work on buildings and facilities
• Working with lifting platforms and other technical aids (after appropriate instruction)

• Experience in cleaning, caretaker service, building services or a comparable allrounder function
• Manual dexterity as well as practical experience in minor repairs and maintenance work
• Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage but not essential
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
• A sense of order, cleanliness and organisation
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B required
• Training (e.g. building cleaner with a federal certificate of competence, craft training) is an advantage but not a prerequisite
