Tasks
- Monitor access and conduct security checks in the center.
- Perform patrol duties with a partner inside and outside the facility.
- Provide a sense of security and maintain order throughout shifts.

- Ability to handle conflicts and stressful situations effectively.

What you can achieve:
- Together with a competent team, you are responsible for surveillance as well as access and property control in an asylum center
- You conduct patrol services in pairs inside and outside the building
- Convey a sense of security to your fellow human beings
- Your presence ensures a smooth daily routine as well as peace and order
- In conflicts, you act de-escalating and intervene to ensure the safety of asylum seekers and the population
- Collaboration with various authorities
- You take on unusual security tasks in the asylum environment, such as the initial registration of new asylum seekers
What you bring:
- At least 21 years old
- Impeccable reputation, a current debt enforcement and criminal record extract must be attached to the application (not older than 3 months)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Willingness and enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night work in three-shift operation)
- Willingness to work at least two 8-hour shifts per week
- Very good physical and mental condition
- Communicative, good manners, confident appearance, and high resilience
