Your tasks

Within the Road and Property Directorate, you contribute to the management and technical monitoring of the passenger vehicle fleet.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure contractual follow-up related to vehicles and implement the necessary indicators to manage the activity.
  
• Participate in acquisition and renewal projects of the vehicle fleet.
  
• Analyse the technical documentation of new vehicles and prepare summaries for the business teams.
  
• Work closely with the methods and maintenance teams to support technical developments.
  
• Participate in the review and improvement of certain internal processes.
  
• Manage the administrative and technical aspects of various equipment and systems related to the vehicle fleet.
  
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of activities.
  

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as mechanic, automation technician or equivalent technical training.
  
• Additional training in a technical field is an asset.
  
• Experience in a technical environment, maintenance, asset management or operational coordination.
  
• Experience in participating in or monitoring technical projects.
  
• Very good analytical and synthesis skills.
  
• Excellent command of Excel and good knowledge of common office tools.
  
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  
• Excellent organisational skills and ease in coordinating various stakeholders.
  
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
