To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a Mandate Manager (m/f/d) from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Mandate Manager Insurance (m/f/d) 80-100%
What you will achieve
- You independently advise and support medium and large corporate clients on risk and insurance matters
- You independently prepare risk analyses, insurance concepts, tenders and place the risks on the market
- You define the insurance strategy with the client and prepare the implementation plan during the annual risk and insurance meeting
- You develop solutions in collaboration with insurance companies and internal specialists
- You accompany and support our clients in the event of claims
- As part of our team, you inspire companies in the Zurich economic area, build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
Why you will succeed
- You have completed an insurance apprenticeship, the VBV exam or the insurance specialist certificate and have several years of experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or insurer
- Your working style is characterised by structured, reliable and responsible action with a high quality standard
- You can enthuse about companies from various industries and have strong communication skills in spoken and written form
- You are proficient in all MS Office programmes
- You want to use your confident German and possibly other foreign language skills in your daily work
- Your enjoyment of working with people, your commitment and self-discipline complete your profile
