For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a conscientious and empathetic Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF and Wound Expert for Spitex 60-100%.
Responsibilities
- Support of clients in their own homes
- Work as case-leading nursing specialist and contact person
- Professional wound care and ensuring high nursing quality
- Collaboration with internal and external services for optimal care
Requirements
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with further training in wound care
- Empathy and joy in caring for elderly people at home
- Independent and responsible working style
- Good communication skills and interest in supporting employees
- Openness to modern work tools and digital documentation
