About the job

What you will do with us

Technical support and advice to the production and technical departments in all matters of occupational safety
Accompanying and coordinating internal projects as a specialist for machine safety and risk analyses
Conducting and updating hazard assessments as well as risk assessments on equipment and processes
Continuous development and optimization of existing prevention concepts (e.g. explosion protection, lockout-tagout, handling of hazardous substances)
Analysis of work and near-accidents as well as safety-relevant incidents
Moderation of incident and root cause analyses including definition, implementation, and follow-up of measures
Support in the implementation of legal, normative, and internal occupational safety requirements
Raising awareness and training of employees and managers on occupational safety topics

When you fit with us

Solid technical education at FH, HF level or completed vocational training (automation technician, polymechanic, etc.) with appropriate further training
Federal diploma as safety specialist EKAS (or equivalent)
Professional experience preferably in production or industrial environment
Very good German skills
English skills are an advantage
Team-oriented, resilient, and strong communication skills
