Facility Services Specialist (all) for the German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino

What you will achieve

• Responsibility for the smooth operation and facility services, technical systems and security as well as for quality and fault management
• Inspections and functional checks of technical and safety-relevant systems as well as operational safety (including documentation in CAFM)
• Support of construction projects as well as planning, coordination and execution of maintenance and replacement orders
• Organisation and implementation of infrastructure adjustments, relocations and smaller operational projects
• Specification, control and assurance of compliance with HVAC and security services of our service providers
• Organisation and conduct of training sessions

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Specialisation: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electrical (HVACSE)
• Professional experience: 2-4 years in the field of Facility Services, security or HVACSE
• Sound knowledge in the areas of HVACSE and/or security
• High technical understanding
• Good PC user skills (e.g. MS Office, CAFM systems, building management systems)
• Conceptual skills and networked thinking
• German (C1)
• Italian (C1)
