For our location in Oensingen, we are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual as Product Developer Packaging m/f/d (100%)

Your ideas take shape

• You develop customised packaging and displays made from corrugated and solid board – from the first sketch through CAD design and prototype to the ready-for-series solution.
• You lead development projects in the areas of packaging and retail.
• You create prototypes on the cutting plotter and test function, material use, and feasibility.
• You advise internal and external partners on demanding technical issues.
• You coordinate the procurement of die-cutting tools.
• You prepare technical documents and convincing presentations.
• You actively contribute your ideas to innovation projects and creative special designs.

What you bring

• Training as a packaging technologist EFZ, ideally specialising in development, or a technical basic education with experience in development and design
• Good knowledge of ArtiosCAD and experience in handling a cutting plotter
• Practical experience in developing displays and packaging solutions
• Creativity, technical flair, and enjoyment of special challenges
• Conceptual thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills and good French skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit
