Your tasks
About the Job
Ever wondered what it actually takes to design a course that hundreds of students remember? You'll get a rare look behind the curtain, helping shape what gets taught, how it's structured, and why it works. As a student assistant for the Course Business Innovation 2 you'll move between creative idea-building and hands-on academic work, contributing to fresh topics and supporting the steady improvement of how we teach. It's a chance to grow your own understanding of the field while leaving the course a little better than you found it.
Your tasks
- Support in the conceptual design and preparation of new, innovative topics
- Assistance with grading exams
- Support in the academic further development of the entire teaching-and-learning concept
Your profile
Your profile
- Initiative and an independent way of working
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at HSG (if in the MBI: Business Innovation 2 course already completed)
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in looking behind the scenes of one of the largest institutes at HSG and helping to shape the teaching of tomorrow
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
