Your tasks

Job description:

We are looking for a resource to join our back office finance team. The selected person will be responsible for research and data analysis activities, managing telephone communications with patients, medical practices, and health insurance companies, as well as processing, verifying, and correcting invoices.

The ideal profile has strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude towards the team. Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are also required.

Main responsibilities:

• Research, collection, and analysis of data
• Management of telephone contacts with medical practices
• Communications with health insurance companies
• Verification, correction, and management of invoices

What you bring

• Language knowledge: Italian, English, German and/or French
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team-working attitude
• Precision and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of the federal tariff for analyses (List of Analyses)
• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, particularly regarding billing processes, relations with health insurance companies, and administrative procedures in the medical field
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or in medical-administrative fields is an advantage
