Pension Fund Contributions Clerk (FR/DE) 50%

Would you like to use your native French language daily at our pension fund in Aarau? Do you also have good basic knowledge of German (company language)?

Are your commercial skills (basic commercial training) already proven in practice and do you thrive in working with numbers as well as in telephone customer contact?

Then strengthen our Contributions Pension Fund team with a 50% workload (preferably Monday to Friday afternoons) in the French-speaking area as a Clerk!

• You triage, process and register the received payroll documents
• You prepare BVG contribution statements, corrections, supplementary invoices as well as account statements and pension certificates for our customers
• You independently record and process cases of incapacity for work of our insured persons
• In case of incorrect or incomplete documents, you clarify open questions and request missing information
• You competently advise our French-speaking customers and insured persons – primarily by telephone as well as in writing

• You have a commercial or comparable education and initial relevant professional experience
• French is your native language (confident in spoken and written) and your good basic knowledge of German (company language) helps you to find your way around our working environment more easily.
• You are a resilient and team-oriented personality and have a flair for numbers
• A structured and careful way of working characterises you
• You enjoy interacting with customers and convince with your friendly and helpful manner
