In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities. For the Kreuzstrasse location, where people with various disabilities live, we are looking for a

Care Specialist / Health Officer (80%)
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the health care department in the residential home such as managing the house pharmacy, planning medical and nursing measures, professional contacts with doctors and therapists
- Supporting residents in their daily lives
- Encouraging residents to achieve the greatest possible independence and ability to participate in the community
- Organising leisure and weekend activities
- Administrative tasks
- Key worker duties
Profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as a FAGE or HF nursing specialist
- Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
- Organisational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
