Your daily missions
Are you keen to engage your colleagues in new adventures while continuing to advise your clients?
BFC is looking for a Branch Manager for its dual Saint Gilles-Saint Leu Branch.
You are responsible for the development of the business portfolio of your branches and will be tasked with leading two teams in the Retail & Professional markets. You achieve the commercial objectives focused on customer satisfaction with your branches.
You oversee the commercial activity, risk, and compliance indicators.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Management
Ø Implement the individual and collective managerial practices in force within your branches
Ø Ensure the animation and activity of your team focused on customer satisfaction
Ø Identify development needs, create the necessary conditions, and support the skills development of your colleagues (individual interviews and staff evaluations)
Ø Ensure good coordination with HR stakeholders and participate, in conjunction with HR, in key stages: recruitment, integration, training, mobility, remuneration
Animation / Steering
Ø Lead local actions within the framework of the defined action plan
Ø Promote and proactively foster synergy within your branches
Ø Monitor the achievement of your branches’ objectives, propose and implement any corrective actions
Ø Ensure quality reception through effective organisation within your branches and follow-up on customer complaints
Commercial
Ø Ensure the preservation and development of your branches’ business portfolio and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects
Ø Develop the net banking income of your branches and validate tariff exemptions within your decision-making limits
Ø Develop client autonomy and encourage the promotion of remote sales and digital channels
Ø Ensure the proper adoption and implementation of your team’s commercial practices
Ø Ensure good collaboration between your team and transversal service teams
Risk/Compliance
Ø Manage daily commitments and risk under the authority of the RCL & DCPP with support from the Risk unit
Ø Authorise credit files within your decision-making limits
Ø Monitor credit risk of ongoing operations
Ø Ensure compliance with internal procedures regarding compliance and ethics
Ø Ensure the application of safety rules for people, assets, and operations
Ø Be responsible for the permanent supervision of your branches

Ø Familiar with banking offers aimed at retail, wealth management, and professional markets, you have a good understanding of banking operations and master the rules and procedures in force.
Ø You hold a Bac+3 to 5 degree in Banking / Insurance / Finance or Commerce / Sales, with proven experience as a Branch Manager.
Ø Holding the AMF certification is necessary for your role.
