Apprenticeship as Automation Technician EFZ (a)

You love technology, enjoy tinkering, and want to understand how machines are controlled? As an automation technician, you build controls and systems that make machines run automatically. You bring movement into technology!

With us, you will be thoroughly prepared for your entry into professional life. After the basic training, which you will complete at the Regional Training Center in Au (RAU), you will move to Trafag AG, where you can apply and deepen your newly acquired knowledge in various departments. You will benefit from the know-how of our qualified specialists and gain your first professional experiences in a collegial environment.

This is what you get up for in the morning:

You assemble, wire, program, and test electrical controls, learning how machines function automatically. Often, you work directly on exciting systems that you bring to life, test, and optimize.

Your profile:

You have an interest in technology, think logically, work carefully, and have manual skills.
You have good abstract thinking ability and spatial imagination
You enjoy mathematics and physics
At secondary level A, you bring grades of at least 4.5 in German, English, and mathematics with you
At secondary level B, your grades in these subjects should be at least 5
