Your responsibilities
- Source and purchase all indirect goods and services
- Create and manage purchase orders for indirect and direct materials
- Support the Strategic Buyer in direct sourcing activities, including RFQs and supplier communication
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for consumable materials
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, resolve operational issues, and monitor supplier performance
- Execute the weekly production planning and coordinate priorities with the production team
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
- Further education in purchasing or business administration is nice to have
- 2 years + of experience in procurement, planning, or a related operations role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in manufacturing planning
- Experience in inventory management and count is a big plus
- Experience with production planning and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English
