For an IT service company in the Eastern Switzerland region, we are seeking a management team as part of a succession who takes responsibility and actively contributes.

Your tasks

• You combine corporate management with active customer work. Together with the team, you further develop the business and implement the priorities agreed with the board of directors.
• You manage the company operationally, personnel-wise, and financially.
• You provide your employees with guidance, make decisions, and further develop the team.
• You acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
• You use and maintain your regional network.
• You recognise customer needs and develop suitable solutions together with the specialists.
• You control budget, costs, utilisation, and business results.
• You further develop offers and processes and ensure that projects are implemented.

What you bring
Your professional roots lie in computer science, ideally in system engineering. Today, you take on leadership responsibility in the IT service environment and are at home in direct customer business.

• Leadership experience at an IT service provider in the SME environment
• Concrete experience in customer acquisition and development of existing customers
• Business management understanding as well as budget or result responsibility
• Ideally further training in business informatics, business administration, or corporate management
• A clear leadership style, decisiveness, and enjoyment of personal involvement
• Ideally, you already have a network in Eastern Switzerland
