We are expanding our software service team in Bottighofen on Lake Constance and are looking for additional employees!
Your tasks:
Technical project implementation and deployment of TRUMPF's own Industry 4.0 software solutions at our customers' sites
Consulting, training and support of our national and international customers on all questions regarding TRUMPF software solutions and their integration into existing IT infrastructure
Competent contact person for topics concerning industrial production and networking as well as all questions regarding software systems, computing environment and network administration
Worldwide first- and second-level support for customers of TRUMPF software solutions
Participation in product development as a link between customer and software development
What we are looking for:
Training in computer science required, optionally also a completed degree in computer science
Ideally professional experience in network administration or application consulting
Enjoyment of national and international assignments (travel approx. 50% - 60% per month)
Driving licence class B mandatory
Commitment, flexibility and customer proximity characterise your working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills in spoken and written form (B2 level)
