About the job
As part of projects involving the evolution and redesign of information systems, our client wishes to strengthen their business analysis skills, particularly in the field of custody. The analyst will conduct studies, analyses, and solution research, in collaboration with the product team (BUILD projects and RUN services) and the relevant business departments.
Tasks
- Elicit business needs, extract functional and non-functional requirements
- Write functional specifications based on use cases and entity models
- Describe features in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritise them in a backlog
- Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders
- Analyse the project data sources and classify the data (reference / operational)
- Support the integration of solutions by providing functional and business support to the project team
Requirements
- HES diploma, computer science degree, EPF or federal diploma
- 3 years or more experience as a business analyst
- 3 years or more experience in requirements specification (use cases, user stories)
- Experience on at least 1 project involving the dematerialisation of business processes with significant performance improvement
- Experience on at least 1 project using BPMN notation
- Understanding of the ecosystem of a solution (technical architecture, functional/application scope)
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge (functional and business issues); build trust with stakeholders; facilitate workshops; perfect command of French
- Writing user guides and functional documents; Hermès; agility; BI (Power BI, QlikSense); overview; ITIL; data domain (MDM, data foundation); JIRA
- Assets: end-to-end digital services, market software packages (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), UML
- Active listening, autonomy, team spirit, management of multiple projects in parallel
