Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). We provide social services. In the field of education, we offer, among other things, German courses and courses to expand basic competencies for adults. For this purpose, we are looking for a Team Leader German Courses and Basic Competencies to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Professional, organisational and personnel management of the German Courses and Basic Competencies teams
• Planning, organisation and continuous development of educational offerings as well as ensuring quality
• Collaboration with referring agencies and network partners
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and further development of the education sector

Your Profile

• University degree in German as a foreign or second language, linguistics, pedagogy or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in adult education, especially in the area of German as a second language and/or basic competencies
• Experience in course management, quality development as well as evaluation and further development of educational offerings
• Strong flair for marketing, target group-oriented communication and effective positioning of offerings
• Leadership experience or willingness to acquire the necessary skills
