TEAM LEADER & SETTER PLASTICS TECHNOLOGY - on site

• Technical and personnel management of the production team in the injection moulding area
• Ensuring a smooth production process regarding quality, deadlines and efficiency
• Deployment and resource planning (personnel, machines and equipment)
• Introduction, training and further development of employees
• Conducting employee interviews and support with personnel matters
• Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows (CIP)
• Setting up and programming injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment
• Participation in sampling, process optimisations and automation projects
• Ensuring quality requirements and handling complaints
• Close cooperation with quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking and logistics

Completed training as a plastics technologist with a federal certificate of competence or a comparable qualification

• Leadership experience in industrial plastics production is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in injection moulding and the manufacture of plastic parts
• Experience in optimising production processes and lean management
• Structured, independent and responsible working style
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• You have fluent German skills; French skills are an advantage
