pebe AG, based in Frauenfeld (TG), is a renowned software company for trustees, financial service providers and consulting firms. By arrangement, we are looking for a consultant 40 - 60 % for pebeFINANCE and pebe Live.
Your challenge:
- Telephone customer support regarding our software applications
- Consulting and supporting our users (mostly trustees)
- Creating requests for our product management
- Testing new features of our software applications
- Updating documentation, manuals, etc.
- Monitoring and direct handling of online enquiries for pebe Live (chat)
Your skills:
- You have a commercial or business school qualification
- You have a strong interest in accounting and IT
- You have a friendly manner and enjoy dealing with customers on the phone
- You work independently, systematically and efficiently
