You lead the service area in the event with heart, competence, and a natural hospitality mentality. In your role, you ensure that our guests feel comfortable, coordinate the process in the event area, and actively support your team in daily operations. These are your tasks
- Ensuring a smooth process of all types of events in close cooperation with the entire event team
- Checking and controlling the preparation and completion of the hall setup
- Organizing a high-quality banquet and event service
- Assigning, briefing, training, and leading the event temporary staff involved in the occasion
- Co-responsibility for implementing high service quality, effective cost management, as well as hygiene and safety regulations
- Booking F&B consumptions in the Gastronovi cash register system
- Taking on the host role for third-party service providers, organizers, artists, and guests
- Complying with hygiene and safety regulations
