Clerk Order Scheduling (40 - 60 %)

In a young and lively team, you are responsible for the entire delivery process of customer orders and spare parts. You ensure that our customers and service partners are supplied with the necessary materials in a timely manner. For this, you are in constant contact with customers and are the first point of contact in your area of responsibility. A versatile role!

This is what you will do with us

• you take over the complete order processing – from order confirmation to invoicing
• you are responsible for telephone and written communication with our customers regarding appointment inquiries
• handling of complaints and returns is your responsibility
• you ensure that the delivered orders are billed correctly and completely
• you check and maintain our master data
• you work closely with purchasing, logistics, internal sales, and field sales

• you have a commercial or technical education
• confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• fluent language skills in German, French, and Italian are an advantage
• resilience and a speedy working style are among your strengths
• you can deal professionally with demanding customers
