Kitchen Staff

(50–80% workload)

This position is reserved for a person with an IV pension.

The gastronomy sector is an essential part of the overall offering of our institution and contributes significantly to ensuring that our residents, employees, guests and external service recipients feel comfortable. Our gastronomy "Piazza" with the self-service restaurant and the "Piazza" bar invite you to linger. Our premises offer space for up to 300 people and complete our gastronomy offering.

Task:

As kitchen staff, you will work in the cold kitchen and at the salad station. You are responsible for preparing various salads and salad dressings, portioning for delivery to external contract partners, and checking the delivery of vegetables. You assist in the kitchen generally, prepare the mise-en-place daily, and are responsible for cleaning the workplace.

Qualification:

You are a friendly, team-oriented and flexible person. You are used to working independently and are committed to maintaining hygiene and quality standards. You already have experience in gastronomy and good German language skills. You enjoy satisfying guests through your work.
