Your Tasks
- You actively contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy and are significantly involved in achieving budget and cost targets
- You take responsibility for personnel management and development of the team, thus promoting their growth and motivation
- You inspire our customers with your extensive product knowledge and ensure that every shopping experience becomes unforgettable
- You ensure that daily business runs smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are always maintained
- You take care of orders and monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient goods are always available
Your Profile
- A completed education in retail and successful further training as a retail specialist or in a similar field is an advantage
- Thanks to your solid business management knowledge, you have a strong understanding of economic contexts and can act strategically
- Your high leadership and social skills make it easy for you to act as a role model and inspire the team
- You always keep an overview, even when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems, ideally also with SAP R/3
- You are willing to actively support the team on Saturdays and Sundays
