Your duties and responsibilities

Performing secretarial and administrative dutiesTyping, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentationsMaintaining our CRMLiaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.Managing internal and external correspondenceScheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending remindersCopying, scanning documentsPreparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if requiredManaging diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive

What you offer

First experience as assistant with excellent secretarial and organizational skillsAbility to work autonomously as well as team-oriented mannerAbility to organize and plan own workExcellent English language skills - both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPositive and customer oriented attitudeSuperior computer skills in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel and extraordinary Power Point skills
