What you achieve
- Activation and daily life design for residents and pensioners
- Conceptualization, implementation, and continuous optimization of an interest- and theme-oriented activation program for individuals and groups
- Establishment of a daily and weekly structure for our residents. Accompanying residents on walks, at joint events, or on day trips
- Meaningful daily life design taking into account the individual situation of individuals and promoting social contacts among residents and pensioners
- Documentation in the care documentation (Care Coach)
- Cross-departmental collaboration with adjacent areas, especially nursing and gastronomy
- Accompanying volunteer helpers in activating daily life design
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in nursing or care or/and further training as a certified activation specialist / specialist in daily life design and activation
- Professional experience in activation or working with elderly people
- Empathetic and patient personality with a positive view of people and a pronounced creative flair
- Excellent manners, high motivation, and service orientation
- Good written and spoken German skills
