To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Trust Administration Clerk (80 - 100%).

Your tasks:

• Managing financial accounting for sole proprietorships and legal entities
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Preparing tax returns for individuals and legal entities, including inter-cantonal and international tax settlements
• Managing payroll and accounts payable accounting
• General trust administration tasks
• Contact with clients and authorities

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally in the trust sector
• Several years of professional experience in trust services
• Specialist further training (advantageous)
• Confident in final accounts and balance sheets
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Friendly and professional demeanour with enjoyment of client contact
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
