The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.
For the period from November 2025 to April 2026, we are looking to strengthen our team with a reliable and committed individual as
Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
Workload 80 – 100 %
This is how you support us:
- You carry out transport and logistics tasks on the premises and between the RPB locations
- You operate shuttle trips between Baden and Wettingen
- You support the staff in the maintenance service
- You ensure efficient and high-quality services
- You consistently implement occupational safety and health protection measures
- You actively work in the team and represent it professionally internally and externally
This is how you convince us:
- You have a category B driving license (mandatory!)
- You have driving experience with vans/minibuses – ideally already experience with regular driving services
- You are willing to work changing shifts Monday – Sunday including holidays:
Monday – Friday: 06:30 – 15:30 or 07:00 – 13:00
and 17:30 – 20:00 (split shift)
Weekend (Sat / Sun): 06:30 – 14:00
and 16:40 – 19:00 (split shift)
- You are physically resilient
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the service or logistics sector
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are flexible, solution-oriented, and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
